With over 20 plus years of entrepreneurial success, my background includes co/founding starting and building a highly successful worksite wellness company (QFS) from Atlanta, Georgia to Los Angeles, California with a small team of under 20 employees. Having work with large organizations and companies, such as Hartsfield, Jackson, International Airport, and the Falcons NFL and Atlanta Hawks NBA in Atlanta, Georgia. During my tenure with the company, I also had a thriving personal training career, working directly, with mega celebrities such as Stevie Wonder, Mariah Carey, Todd Smith, also known as "LL Cool J." and Gabrielle Union Wade. In addition to these achievements, I co-founded a ditigital online wellness business through social media for over seven years. Acquiring and managing social media influencers in various countries such as USA, Brazil, Ecuador, Colombia, and Costa Rica. Having a reach of over 16 million customers globally. All while living in 10 different countries for three years straight allowing me to get hands-on experience with global markets and politics. Currently for the past four years as the founder of Cain Ross Staffing Firm, our primary focus is on staffing IT professionals with specialized skill sets, including front-end and back-end engineers, data science engineers, dark data meta-verse engineers, and more. Cain Ross offers contract-to-hire, and direct placement services. Over the past five years, Cain Ross has built a strong reputation, working with top Fortune 500 companies, such as AMEX and Citizens Bank. Utilizing my extensive experience in business building over the past 20 plus years and talent acquisition, both domestically and offshore expertise.
